Robin Hood

We're excited to announce a live theatrical performance of Robin Hood presented in partnership with Wisconsin Family Theater at the Historic Temple Theatre! Bring your children and share with them the tales of Robin Hood that thrilled you when you were a child. This swashbuckling original production is based on characters that have been beloved for almost a thousand years. Locally-based Wisconsin Family Theater is Ian and Elisabeth Baird, who met in a college acting class in 2013, and have been performing on stage together ever since. Ian has a strong background in educational theater. Elisabeth worked as a professional stage manager around the Twin Cities, interning at the renowned Children’s Theatre Company in Minneapolis. Since moving to Viroqua, the Bairds have been privileged to be a part of the thriving local theater community. Some of their notable local credits include performing in The Viroqua Shakespeare Festival, as well as producing and directing The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and Frog & Toad Stories. As young parents themselves, Ian and Elisabeth started The Wisconsin Family Theater to bring high quality live entertainment to families and children throughout the region.
